I can't do this anymore...

I am starving myself to get by. I'm late on my bills because I didn't have the money. What is this obsession with capitalizing on people's misfortunes? I've been a customer for years. Once Telus realizes I'm hurting, they hurt me even more. 

I have to return my device and cancel my plan completely.
