Late online order
Good day its nearly 2 weeks now iam waiting for my online order you phoned me twice you got my derails i was promised 5 working days what the exscuse now is this normal to take so long i feel like cancel my order and go somehere else

Good day after 3 weeks of waiting of waiting my online orders were cancelled i have payed neally 500$ as for once off payment for these 2 devices now i received a email that state payment has been voided plaease allow 3 to 5 busissnes days for this transaction to finealize please explain an i gonna get my refund? And when please?

Did you initiate the first call to Telus, or did you receive a call making a great offer? If the latter, you may be the victim of a scam, as it is rare to receive multiple calls from a Telus employee, as all needed information would be collected in the first conversation.
