Getting calls from Telus
Is it only me that is frustrated with Telus? I keep getting calls from Telus to upgrade my phone and the phone I pick is not available and they tell me to pic another and they will change it to the phone I want. Except I never click it because there is usually a big $ attached to it and they tell me they will clear it. WTF is this legit? Also why is it that every Telus customer service agent has a thick indian Accent? Don't we have people that speak English so I don't have to keep asking "I am sorry what did you say?"?

That really sounds like you're getting calls from scammers pretending to be Telus. Free phone or extreme discounts are common tactics by the scammers. Do NOT click on anything in any email they send you. If they sent you an email with a link to reset your account password, you need to go and reset it yourself again directly on Telus's website.
