Complaint Regarding Misleading Offer from Telus Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Hello,
I want to raise a concern regarding a recent experience with a Telus door-to-door sales representative.
A Telus sales agent visited my residence and offered a promotional deal under which my monthly bill was quoted at $160.00, with activation charges waived and $400.00 in bill credits applied. I agreed to sign up for Telus services based on these assurances.
However, my first and second bills have not reflected any of the promised waivers or credits. The billed amount of $288.65 deviates significantly from the clear communication I received during the sales interaction.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by contacting Telus customer service. Each time, they informed me that they would forward the matter to the door-to-door sales team. Despite following up several times, I have not received any resolution or update.
