Apple internal test showing 21000 calls in two weeks

Having connection issues with the iphone 16 since i got it and ported my number over from rogers.  Had 3 different sim cards.  took it to apple to do a hardware test.  Antenna is good.  They noticed in the last week that there is over 21000 calls in the last two week period.   These calls are definatley not coming through to me .  Apple said they have never seen such a thing before .  any ideas why it is?
