When browsing the guide programs that are set to record have a red circle at the end of the timeslot. This is not visible for longer programs like movies and sporting events due to the limited width of the screen. I notice the program title floats in the timeslot as you scroll left and right. Could the recording indicator also float with the title so that it's visible all the time? An alternative is to also highlight the title in red to indicate a program is set to record. Anyone else experiencing a 7+ second lag when changing channels, switching between apps and other such functions. It's also accompanied by a blank screen with a green rotating circle in the bottom right corner. I'm experiencing an issue with my Telus TV+ channel guide. The filter and sort settings keep reverting to “All channels,” even though I had selected “My favourite channels.” While the TV is on, the guide correctly shows “My favourite channels” after I select it. However, after turning the TV off and then back on later, the guide has reset to show “All channels.” I’ve restarted both of my digital boxes, but that didn’t resolve the issue. Appears there's been a recent update: App version: 1.26.3.200 Config timestamp: 2026-02-11... The two account profiles that were on the my Home bar settings are gone... deleted? And all recording content - Recorded and Scheduled have disappeared... deleted?...as well. Tried restarting and unplugged, etc without success. Doesn't even appear that the option/function to setup individual profiles is available anymore...not showing in the Settings dropdowns...let's put it that way. Hello. I have had Optik TV for over 2 years, with Telus Pure fibre 1gig internet. I use the newer style smaller cloud based TV box, connected via wifi. In the first 2 years I had optik TV I had Disney+ and it worked fine without issue. During that time, we cancelled it to cut down on costs. I renewed for another 2 years with Telus, and part of our new plan covers the cost of Disney+. Since I have restarted my Disney+ subscription, I find it lags durning playback. It’s very jittery. I also use Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and Crave. None of the other apps have an issue. Live TV also seems to be fine. It’s just Disney+ that has this issue. I tried to uninstall and re-install the app, but the Telus Optik box won’t allow it to be deleted completely. It allows me to uninstall updates, which I did, and then re-installed them, and still had the same issue. I’ve lowered the playback quality settings on the app, and still it jitters. I was trying to watch a movie today and it was almost unwatchable. Has anyone else had this problem specifically with Disney+ on the Telus box. Also tried the manual remote codes with no success. Both the the TV firmware and the TELUS TV remote firmware and up to date. I get the login error: ERRAGL ACN3545 when I try to log in to the Telus TV plus iPad Application. According to a search I found this recommendation: To help the support agent understand, ask them specifically to "re-sync the provisioning between the My TELUS portal and the TELUS TV Plus backend. I called Telus support and after about an hour of repeating this the support agent has made a request to have this done - says it will take 24-24 hours to have this done. All other Telus web and mobile applications (My Telus, Telus log in etc) work fine except for this or using the browser to login. As per other recommendations, I changed the password and reinstalled the application but so far nothing. Just waiting to have Telus notify me when they have done the synch. When I use the Restart show feature in TelusTV+ app on Apple TV, I will receive a "Playback Error" and this will also happen when watching recordings. Why? I've noticed I'll keep receiving this error every 40 seconds or so. This has been happening for some time and there is no resolution. I have tried deleting the app, restarting the device, removing the TV Provider option in Apple TV. I've rebooted the ONT (NH20A) and the Booster. Nothing works. My TelusTV - 21T broken again. I have to reset to factory setting 2-3 times a week now. The TV box will hang with no signal (yes i check the HDMI cable). To temporary fixed it, i have to insert a paperclip in the reset hole and hold it for 10 seconds but the white light on the button will not blink or turn off. Which then i have to unplug the power cord for 10 seconds and plug it back in. a few times, i can see it boot up but still no signal then i have to repeat the same process. i can watch TV for a night then turn off the TV. the next morning, i have to reset again with the same procedure above. so annoying.
