Anyone else having issues with Cisco Meraki for their business wifi? On the website my credentials are no longer being accepted and the forgot password is not sending an email to me when trying to reset the password (not that I should need to reset it). On the app, my credentials are accepted but it's showing no clients active in the past day even though I am sitting right beside the AP and 100% am connected to it with multiple devices.33Views0likes1CommentTELUS Business Internet — selective IPv4 destinations unreachable while others work
Seeing what looks like a selective upstream routing/blackhole issue on TELUS Business Internet in the Spruce Grove/Edmonton area tonight. The circuit is up. Static IPv4 /30; TELUS gateway is reachable with essentially no loss. However, some Internet destinations are completely unreachable while others work normally. Directly from OPNsense: 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8 and 9.9.9.9 all have 100% loss. Google IP 74.125.195.102 also has 100% loss and TCP/443 times out, while Google IP 142.250.69.174 has 0% loss and TCP/443 succeeds normally. Both Google IPs use the same WAN interface, default route and TELUS gateway. I also captured traffic on the physical Proxmox NIC connected to the TELUS handoff. Traffic to 74.125.195.102 physically leaves the WAN NIC toward the TELUS next-hop MAC, but nothing returns. Traffic to 142.250.69.174 leaves through the same NIC/next-hop and immediately receives ICMP replies and TCP SYN/ACKs. Local causes have been checked: OPNsense routing/default gateway is correct, CrowdSec is not blocking the affected IPs, Proxmox nftables/iptables/ebtables/tc are clear, and the physical NIC has zero RX/TX errors or discards. The issue also reproduces directly from OPNsense. DNS was collateral damage. Unbound normally forwards over DoT to Cloudflare 1.1.1.2/1.0.0.2, which also became unreachable. Disabling those forwarders and using recursive DNS restored most service, but selective IPv4 reachability remains. And just to top it off, the password I have recorded for my TELUS ONT no longer works. I tried resetting it and using the default credentials afterward, but still cannot access the ONT management interface. Anyone else on TELUS, particularly Business Internet in Alberta, seeing selective destination/prefix reachability tonight?63Views0likes1CommentBuisness being left with no service or phones for weeks
One of my stores, has had the internet go out and with it our phones. After a painful trip through the AI IVR an agent told me the first appointmnt I can get in in July. I find this highly unprofessional and insulting that a business level service feels its ok to leave one of my stores basically shut down for 2+ weeks. I asked to to speak with someone higher but was refused. How can I escalate this and get some service?105Views0likes3CommentsCannot get IPv6 to work on Business Fibre Internet 3G
I recently had Business Fibre Internet installed in Coquitlam. I have the Nokia XS-230X-A ONT which I can plug directly into my router or into a switch and then have multiple routers connected the switch. For IPv4, this setup works great. I have one router for my home use and one router for my business use. I am getting very close to 3 Gbps through both routers. Previously, when I lived in Surrey, I had a very similar setup although only a single symmetric 100 Mbps pipe. At that time, there were no issues getting IPv6 to work on both of my routers. This time around, I have tried two different routers with no success. Router 1 is a Unifi UXG Fiber and Router 2 is a pfSense In both cases, I have set the routers to request an IPv6 prefix using DHCPv6, size 56, and not wait for an RA Given an almost identical setup between the two locations (Surrey and Coquitlam) I am quite surprised to see no IPv6 support in Coquitlam despite it working when I was in Surrey not too long ago.310Views0likes7CommentsTelus Business Wifi - 2.4ghz mode

Both Meraki and router portal do not have an option for this to be turned on.273Views0likes5CommentsNeed to cancel Business Internet in ON -- early lease termination!
Hello there, I signed a 3-year contract for Telus 1.5/940 fibre internet on Sep 2025 in Scarborough, Ontario M1G....and now I'm left with equipment I can't use! I had a 12-month lease on my home, but it had to be terminated early due to mold toxicity that rendered the unit uninhabitable. The landlord agreed to let me out on January 31. I can't continue Telus internet service at the address, as I've moved out; not because I wanted to, but it was unsafe to live in. My new address doesn't allow any more Telus lines to be installed. Customer service checked and confirmed as such. Telus and I are both in a catch-22. I have a modem and NAH I'm not able to use, and Telus is unable to fulfill their end of the contract due to circumstances beyond both their & my control. I repeat: Telus is NOT able to fulfill THEIR obligations to the contract. I raised a ticket with the appropriate department. On Jan 30, I had a phone call where the agent told me they'd escalate this to senior cancellations. He said I'd get a call back in 48 to 72 business hours. It's nearing 2 weeks and I've yet to hear back. My company has been a faithful Telus business customer since 2019 with 2 mobile lines that remain in good standing. In fact, last February we renewed both lines for a 2-year term. I've been happy with my business internet. If I move to another province this year, I'd bring it there in a heartbeat. It just makes no sense for Telus to charge for a service they can't provide. I am leasing the current address until the end of August 2026. I hope it won't take a CCTS complaint to get things moving, so my request is to suspend the contract until I am at an address that Telus can service, or, failing that: void the contract. My business internet is a separate account from my business mobility, as Telus has told me that they can't be combined under business. Your prompt action is much appreciated.
