Cisco Meraki issues

Anyone else having issues with Cisco Meraki for their business wifi?

On the website my credentials are no longer being accepted and the forgot password is not sending an email to me when trying to reset the password (not that I should need to reset it).

On the app, my credentials are accepted but it's showing no clients active in the past day even though I am sitting right beside the AP and 100% am connected to it with multiple devices.
