Cisco Meraki issues

Two separate issues are likely occurring: a dashboard portal authentication desync (blocking access and reset emails) and a local device telemetry reporting lag.

When managing business Wi-Fi backed by Cisco Meraki hardware on TELUS Business solutions, the administrative portal and local Access Point (AP) behavior operate on distinct communication layers. Here's what you can try:

Fix Portal Access and Reset Email Delivery

- Check Mail Server Rules:  Automated reset emails originate from [email protected]. Spam filters, especially on Microsoft 365/Exchange or corporate mail servers, frequently block or silently delete these messages before they reach your Junk folder.

- Whitelist the domain:  Have your email administrator add @meraki.com as an allowed sender domain.

- Try Incognito Mode:  Clear your browser cache or open a private browsing window to rule out stale SSO/cookie tokens blocking authentication.

- Secondary Admin Check:  If another team member has dashboard access, have them verify your user role or initiate an invite/reset from within the dashboard.

If devices are physically connected and browsing without issue, the local AP is functional. The zero active clients active in the past day' display in the mobile app indicates a cloud telemetry reporting lag between the AP's management port and the Meraki dashboard, not an actual network outage. So you can also power cycle / reboot the physical AP (or toggle its PoE port) to try and force a fresh cloud handshake.
