I've heard about a 30 day travel pass but can't find this on the Telus site. I'm traveling to Australia for 21 days and want to keep my phone #. If I sign up for the travel roaming plan, do I still need to pay $5 per MB, $2 per call and $0.75 per text??29Views0likes2CommentsTravel Checklist For TELUS Mobility

All though Telus' webpage says the Easy Roam Travel pass is available it is not. Only option is to pay the $18/day for Europe.. When I finally got a callback from the support line; the only they could tell is that the webpage is not up to date and the EASY pass is no longer available66Views0likes0CommentsEurope 30 day travel pass
I am travelling to France, Portugal, and Italy. In the notes on the Europe Travel pass is states to one destination. If I buy one travel pass am I covered in all three places or would I have to have a separate travel pass for each location? Thanks! :)121Views0likes1Commentwhat are you using for travelling ? eSim or physical sim or Easy Roam?
Just cancelled telus after 20+ years for being charged roaming fees for 3 days in the usa. We told them we explicitly turned of Roaming in settings. We used an eSim app (AirAlo) for travelling. the Primary (telus) line was off and the Secondary (eSim) was on. they went on some babble about the phone has to be in Airplane mode. I just said, 'cancel the account'.6.6KViews1like2Comments
