"Price plans and services tab" ? I don't see any such tab in My Telus. And, as I and others have mentioned, your customer service agents state categorically that this is not self-service. Unfortunately, the support docs are wrong. I read an outdated article which suggested that Telus had a web interface to manage voicemail. It seems to have been closed. Now, if you buy the "Voicemail to text" feature in the web store, you get the same thing as "Instant voicemail", but for more money. To get the email with audio file service, you must contact Technical Support. There is no self-service option. Good luck getting past the chatbot. It took me an entire day of delays and dropped calls to get one line set up. The agent who finally solved it was good, and promised a call back the next day to do our other line. She even texted me 90 minutes after the appointment to say she was still going to call, but of course it never happened.2.7KViews0likes6Comments
