My front door lock with keypad no longer works. It is not the batteries. The lock sticks. I have tried to get assistance. I do not have time in my life to do a virtual call, plus I tried this was hung up on and no one called back. My internet is not working. I have restarted 10x. It is obviously the modem. I have been unable to get any support. I do not want to speak to a bot. I just need a new modem. Why does this process have to be so difficult ? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Also business has 24/7 technical support but not residential ??
