Telus Services not working
I keep having the following problems, and they are reoccurring issues, but Telus never fixes them, so I have to keep calling. Recording not working: I pay for recording, but there is a TV error saying I'm not allowed to record as I need to subscribe (and I am) Subscriber channels are not working: Two of my four packages aren't working and say I need to subscribe. Asking for pins that I never set up: When I try to subscribe to channels I am supposed to have already, the TV asks me for an opinion I never set up for. If I want to watch any of my chanels I have to subscribe everyday
Hi, I hope people can help me here. My life has been a nightmare since I moved out of the house and transferred my Telus service to a different address. During the entire time, I could not watch my subscribed channels, as I would say I needed to subscribe manually on the tv if I wanted to watch on my TV. Telus never fixed that, during the first 3 weeks I tried to solve with them and apparently is a back problem, but nobody never fixed it. So I spent 3 months manually subscribing to each channel in my package. The problem now is that I have to make a new subscription every day if I want to watch a channel. Does anybody have a similar situation? I am about to give up my services and cancel them. Detail: When I moved from Optik to Smart Box, my box was changed without request.
