When I switched from Shaw to Telus, the Telus salesperson said a credit for the cancellation fee would be applied. I did get one but not for the full amount--the amount should be $90 more. How do I go about getting the adjustment?
My new customer security contract was $39 and a revised contract was $64 that I did not agree to. I have had it installed today and today was also the first time I saw the contract days.
