The content team just confirmed that season 6 of Spring Baking Championship was removed on March 10th - unfortunately this is something that is controlled by the content provider.
Sorry it's not better news - but On Demand timing and availability is determined by content providers and varies from channel to channel and sometimes even from show to show.
