Unable to login to Crave App and website

When I try to login to the Crave App and website using TV subscriber credentials, it tells me I need to subscribe.  When I quit the app or close the window to login again, it's saved the credentials and still tells me I need a subscription.  
When I go into incognito window and try to log in, it immediately says Page Timeout.  

 

What do I do?

I just tried the Crave app on my iPhone and was able to login with my Telus credentials. I also tried the web login and it worked as well (Windows 11/Edge).

 

Did you use the option to access through your TV provider and then select Telus?

Yes, I opened the Crave App on our Android TV and chose to login via TV subscriber.  On my iPhone (via crave.ca/provider, I entered in my credentials and the secret code from the TV app and waited for the app to refresh.  The TV Crave app says I'm not an active subscriber (yet I am).  

This has happened to my account too in the last two days or so. Can’t sign in on any app but can access Crave through optik tv.
