I recently changed my theme pack and added some new channels including oxygen true crime and USA network. They appear on my telus box and Telus tv plus app but they are locked in CTV app and it says to contact tv provider; but I do have these channels working on my Telus box and Telus tv plus app. Why don’t they work on the ctv app and how do I fix this?
