I have Optik TV and recording TV shows is an extra charge. The charge associated with this feature (that should be standard) is $17.00/month. I feel like this a ridiculously high charge for this feature. I understand that it is now cloud storage but that should be a $2.00-$3.00/month max. Subscription services like Netflix are $17.00ish per month and this feature should not be in line with a subscription like that. This seems like a money grab by Telus and I'm very disappointed this was never explained before we switched providers. Just some feedback to take into consideration. This pricing is outrageous.
