Pvr won’t record. Unable to pause live tv (pause is temporarily unavailable. Try again). If pvr reboots seems to make worse and picture starts to freeze. Eventually picture freezing stops but unable to record or pause live tv. Have rebooted modem, pvr, boosters and all other equipment several times. No issues with wifi. Have done online troubleshooting, spent over hour with Telus team member, it seemed to fix but started again.
someone was supposed to call day after to follow up if any issues, no one did.

I had the same issue a while ago, ask to get them to replace your PVR - if it's a refurbished unit, or old could be the hard drive is corrupted.

I have exactly the same problem. Recordings scheduled are not happening; cannot pause or rewind live tv; difficulty deleting saved programs; get a message that says more than one tv using the system when in fact there has only ever been one. I have done sequential reboots on the entire system a number of times. Just dread the thought of spending hours arguing with Telus when clearly the PVR is hatched.
