Poor fibre optic tv and internet service

Has anyone else experienced worse connection after having fibre optic installed? Almost everyday I have no tv connection and my internet slows down to 1990’s dial up. I don’t have over an hour to be on the phone with customer service. I work 12-15 hour days. I have a brand new router. What else can I do other than change providers?

what issue are you having, a modem issue or a router issue?
