Hi,
I will be moving to a unit soon and called Telus service and care team for a TV and internet bundle. Been talking to 5 different agents including some from loyalty and have negotiated a price. I have spent more than 12 hours talking in total. Due to the length of the call, they said they will call me back if disconnected or to follow up. I even received an email that agent can’t call on Friday and will call next Monday. The agents would even ask for my number in case I got disconnected but they never call back.
also the info they provide about my quote is incorrect.
I submitted to request a call back from a manager via escalating to a management team last week and I still have not received a call.
I just wanted to confirm my quote for price and bundle and get information corrected before my move in.
