I have so much unnecessary and outdated Telus gear, and Telus said they would send a return box so I could return the old gear and instead they sent me a new digital box in a tiny box not big enough to ship back all my equipment. How am I supposed to ship back all their gear. Do they expect me to go buy a box to ship with? Or do I have to spend another three hours on the phone with them to get them to sort this out?

You can put the devices into any box that will fit them all so the next time you come across a box, instead of breaking it down for recycling, you can use it to ship the devices back in.
