Nature & Civilization Channel Displays on Website

When I login to customize my Optik TV Package, the Nature & Civilization choice does not display the Love Nature or Smithsonian Channel.  It only displays the BBC Earth logo:

However, the main Telus website page does display the three channel logos under Nature & Civilization:

My concern has not changed.  When I look at my theme packs to update in my account, under Nature & Civilization, it only displays BBC Earth.
