Intermittent Channel Buffering

Just Moved In

My cable channels will freeze intermittently.

It will last from a few seconds to about a minute.

The tv apps are not affected so Netflix, Prime, and YouTube work flawlessly. I have gone through all the automated reboots and all of the automated troubleshooting through the telus system.

Does anyone have a clue why this is happening?

Hey @Kelly10 - you can try rebooting from the source so unplug the TV boxes from power, then reboot the modem. Once the modem is back online, plug the TV boxes back in. Sometimes this helps. If not, please let us know
