I am so done with Telus and their lack of helping out customers. I have recently added Apple TV to my plan but unfortunately, they have been unable to link my Optik TV to my account. Therefore, I cannot activate Apple TV. I have for 2 months been calling customer service and they keeping shutting down my account only to reboot it and still my account won’t link. I have been told on 2 Separate occasions that they were putting in a ticket for a work order with technicians but I have never heard back. What do I do at this point….i have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and the thanks I get is not providing any service that I am paying for.

This is happening to me also have been trying to work with TELUS for over 6 hours on this. Tech support told me to call billing today. So that is where I am on hold currently.
