Just wanted to reach out and say how disrespectful Telus are to their customers through their horrible customer service system. I have had hours of my personal time wasted by this company waiting for customer service support. Your AI voice support that starts off calls is infuriatingly inept. I don't have the time you apparently think I have to wait around. And your call backs are useless and go straight to voice mail. I don't need any technical support on that issue so don't worry about it. The fact that call backs are needed due to your multi-hour wait times is embarrassing on your part. 

 

I can only assume your leadership are out to lunch and thoroughly incompetent.

And before I get a reply referring me to use the app/chat function - keep in mind that in spite of your "brilliant" chat service, your wait times are hours long. So... that should tell you something about the usefulness of that feature.
