Telus are disrespectful
Just wanted to reach out and say how disrespectful Telus are to their customers through their horrible customer service system. I have had hours of my personal time wasted by this company waiting for...
And before I get a reply referring me to use the app/chat function - keep in mind that in spite of your "brilliant" chat service, your wait times are hours long. So... that should tell you something about the usefulness of that feature.
