A Telus rep came to our home in early July to offer us a home security package as part of a customer retention program.
He told us our monthly bill would not increase since this was a customer retention offer.
We have been billed for home security in July and August.
Has there been a mistake? Are we getting billed incorrectly or was the Telus rep wrong?
