SmartHome app - No push notifications while enabled

Since I installed my new phone I'm having troubles with the notifications. I DO get 'Action by Any User' push notifications. I really want the 'Unexpected Activity' notifications back. 
- Everything in the app is enabled
- My phone (new and old one) is in the recipients list
- All settings are the same as in my old phone
- I reinstalled the app already
- Notification settings in phone are also enabled (and otherwise I couldn't get the Action notifications)

Hopefully someone can help me. Thanks.

I called them and the agent fixed it!
It's the setting Video - Settings - Recording rules - Front Camera edit (pencil) - Analytics Rule. Scroll down to 'push notifications' and enable the right phone.

That's definitely odd, especially since you've tried reinstalling the app. Your best bet may be to reach out to our SmartHome team directly at 1-855-255-8828 so they can investigate further!
