My control panel or app for Home Security is just not connecting to my wifi network (provided by Starlink). I have followed all video instructions and been on phone/video call with the Telus tech support for an hour! Since then, I have repeatedly made calls to the support team, which get disconnected after waiting in queue for 45 min several times. Have spent all day doing this cancelling all my other appointments and not gone even one step further. So frustrated! Any suggestions what to do next? How do I log an issue with Telus?
Customer service for Telus really sucks!!!!
If someone from Telus can help me resolve this, it will be appreciated else will be forced to cancel my 3 month old Smart Security system.

Hey @SandyS our tech support team will be the best team to speak to about this but it should be as easy as going to your panel, going into settings, Wi-Fi and connecting using your password. Are you seeing your network at all?
