Is anyone else having both just sit there and say give us a few mins to load and it never dose anything? I am away for work and need this service. Telus service for this i find is getting worse and worse and worse. All there apps no way to talk anyonr unless I have service and there closed by the time I get out of work and to camp where I can call. It's very irritating. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

I tried the app on my phone (iphone) and have no issues connecting to the panel. Have you tried deleting the app. Restart the phone, downoad the app and sign in, then try it again?

I’m also trying to set this up for the first time and can’t create an account/link with my Telus account. I contacted SmartHome support and was told there was something going on that was impacting multiple users and just to keep trying as they work on fixing it.  

Not sure what’s going on. Seems a pretty big issue if users couldn’t log in or sign up based on what he said.   But if it’s working for some - who knows what’s up. 

Same.  I knew something was up when my VIVINT System started acting wonky which was very unusual...then I found out telus bought VIVINT then it all made sense.  My home security system has just gotten worse as time went on with nearly all sensors are useless under Telus, which appears intentional in order to force flks into a contract with substandard equipment.  Now the Telus Home security App doesn't work, not that it matters as I linked it to my telus account and I cannot see any details of my Home Security account there either. So tired of paying this corporation for all around garbage services. Class action lawsuit is in order!

I'm having the same issue. I had my system installed 1.5 weeks ago and have not been able to log into the app at all. Kind of defeats the purpose of getting the system in the first place. They better figure it out soon, or I'll move to another outfit, 30 guarantee and all
