I recently had a Telus door bell camera installed and service initiated. Since installation, it rarely works for longer than a day at a time. I constantly get e-mails about how connectivity has been lost and when I use the app it is almost never able to connect. When I reset it manually it will work for a few hours and then go back to being disconnected. I would really appreciate some service. I was just on hold with customer support for 50 minutes and when I finally spoke to a representative the call was dropped (phone service also with Telus). I'm not getting the door bell camera service I signed up for.
