Service Cancellation Issue
I would like to cancel my internet, TV, and smarthome services. I’ve been calling for hours and transferred between over a dozen agents, no one has been willing to help me. They keep transferring me to dead lines and hanging up on me. This is extremely unacceptable, can someone please help me.

Did you send their equipment back? You have to get a security sticker now and go to any a postal outlet that will send the devices to telus.
