24/7 Camera recording

How come we are only limited to two cameras recording onto a micro SD card? All three of my cameras have the card installed, why is there a software limitation to only allow two cameras at a time access?

Sorry about that! Your best bet would be to reach out to our SmartHome Security team directly at 1-855-255-8828 so they can look into that for you!

I'd noticed this myself back when I'd enabled microSD recording on my cameras.  The FAQ says that it can only be enabled on 2 cameras:


One schedule per camera can be created, up to a maximum of 2 cameras.


Can/will TELUS increase that limit if contacted?

Not that I'm aware of, but you can always give our SmartHome Security team a call directly to inquire further.
