When using the PrimeTV app through the Telus box, when watching NHL live games I cannot pause or rewind. Instead I get a message that pause is not available. I know others that have the same issue.
I have no issues when using the PrimeTV apps on my smart TVs. Is Telus planning on fixing this bug?

What make and model of set-top box are you using? This information would be on the bottom of your box. As this is an Amazon app, they would likely need to fix on their end.
Pause, rewind and fast-forward for hockey games on Prime is working on the TELUSTV-21T model.
