UIW4001E box keeps freezing

My wireless box keeps freezing, yet if I change the channel and change it back again the message goes away immediately and the program resumes. It also clears itself if I wait 30 seconds. Only happens with live tv.

This is not a wifi signal issue, I’ve checked that the box has all its bars when this happens. Neither of the other two tvs are affected. I have rebooted the router and restarted the box. It is not channel specific either. 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

Try power-cycling both your set-top box and router to see if that helps:

- unplug power to your set-top box
- unplug power to your router 

- wait 10 seconds

- plug power back to your router

- wait for the router to boot up

- plug power to your set-top box
