Smart TV and Apple TV’s in our home are freezing and losing internet connection in our home, upstairs and downstairs. We have fibre optic to the house, and a Telus router. Pay for unlimited Telus 75 service. I also bought Euro boosters, although at 74 years old I am not terribly tech savvy. What next??

Unfortunately the call centres are pretty swamped this time of year so you may have to wait awhile.
