I complained a few months ago on android devices tsn 4k had this weird microstutter. That seems fixed, but now frustratingly it is showing up on sportsnet 4k while I have not noticed it on tsn anymore.
Its like a weird frame rate issue on the new optrik android platform on the sportsnet 4k channel.
Can this please be fixed, its impossible to watch tv in 4k when there is a weird frame rate stutter. Something is off with the application possibly.

There are of course a number of issues that come in to play when discussing issues like this, such as problems with the broadcaster itself, your internet connection or Wi-Fi, specific TV model itself, and so on. That it's only happening on one specific channel does lean more towards it being an issue with the broadcaster itself, or that further technical support investigation may be warranted. Feel free to send us a private message and we can discuss further.

I am hard wired, gigabit telus ethernet, lg C2 Oled tv, highly doubt thats the problem.
The fact as you said its just sportsnet 4k channel should tell the story its a telus issue. It used to be a problem on tsn 4k, I made a comment on here, now its fine, but sportsnet 4k on Optik android platforms has a microstutter. Watching padres and dodgers and its random and its there and on the utah blackhawks hockey game, almost like its a frame stutter on telus end. Telus needs to fix this, did not notice this issue on the old platform.

Hello,
I am a customer on Rogers (formerly Shaw) and experience the same micro stutter/ jittery picture on both TSN and Sportsnet. The video and audio slowly fall out of sync.
This happens when watching NHL, NFL, MLB, F1, etc., on TSN and Sportsnet. This problem started weekend of Sept 20.
Wonder of Rogers and/or Bell made any recent upgrades / changes?

Hello,
I am a customer on the Rogers (formerly Shaw) network. I am also experiencing the same micro stutter/ jittery video when watching TSN and Sportsnet. The jittery video and audio slowly fall out of sync.
This happens on my older 2016 Sony Bravia, but not on my newer Toshiba or Samsung TVs on other rooms. Sounds like the TV is a possible culprit.
