Series recordings can’t be set…

I’ve just switched to the new telus optik tv digital boxes. Pvr’ing works for individual shows/programs. If i try to set up a “series recording” i get the error “Series recordings can’t be set”. I’ve tried this with multiple shows & channels same issue. What is the fix?? Seems like this new digital telus box has lots of issues…

Hi @Rh555 , we're aware of the series recording bug and our development team is working on a fix. While I can't promise a timeline, I will update when I have them. Here is a post where I've recorded some known experience gaps that we're working on. Thank you for your patience while we working on improving the service.

It is now September, have you found a fix. New to me box will not record series, missing shows as a result

Still cant record series… this telus box, updates & support has been so poor. Might as well go back to Shaw/Rogers.
