Recordings unavailable; modem & box reset unsuccessful

Just Moved In

Recordings unavailable on both Optik tv boxes. Reset both modem and TV boxes per Telus.com instructions but recordings still unavailable. TV’s connected to wifi and we can watch TV.

 

Chat support useless because virtual assistant didn’t understand explanation. can’t reach a real person 😖

 

speedtest 149ms .35mbps download 12.07 mbps upload. We’re supposed to have max Telus internet!!!
