Hi. Thank you for your email. Yes I have tried all of this plus two Telus techs on site.

I should have been more specific. It freezes only when I click on the Telus channel listing. I can change between channels no problem but it freezes on the channel listing🤪.

I have a new Frame TV and have done things like cache draining etc.

Thoughts? Ideas? Help please!!

Hmm, that's definitely odd. What did the techs say when they were onsite in your home to troubleshoot? are you on the latest Optik experience or have you been a TV customer for a while now?

They switched out the boxes and some cabling. It stopped freezing for a month or two. Now it is back but only on the channel listing page. I could call the help line but I did this before the techs came out and there was no progress except to get the techs!!
