Optik TV freezing on channel listing

Hi. Thank you for your email. Yes I have tried all of this plus two Telus techs on site.
I should have been more specific. It freezes only when I click on the Telus channel listing. I can change between channels no problem but it freezes on the channel listingđ€Ș.
I have a new Frame TV and have done things like cache draining etc.
Thoughts? Ideas? Help please!!

2 years agoHmm, that's definitely odd. What did the techs say when they were onsite in your home to troubleshoot? are you on the latest Optik experience or have you been a TV customer for a while now?
- Lyndajgibson6042 years agoFriendly NeighbourThey switched out the boxes and some cabling. It stopped freezing for a month or two. Now it is back but only on the channel listing page. I could call the help line but I did this before the techs came out and there was no progress except to get the techs!!Cheers,
