No picture on tv

Have connected slimeline 2 remote with tv and can turn tv on/off but to picture available

How is your Optik box connected to your TV? Which input?

Connected with the basic cable that came with the box. We have Optic cable so everything has gone wireless. Tks for your help.

When you say no picture what do you actually see? A completely blank screen or does it say "no signal" or "no input"? The amount of help anyone can provide depends a lot on the amount of detail you provide.

Again Tks for your help. I have (and show) nothing on the screen. Guess, I’ll call Telus for assistance or have a technician to come by

If you unplug the cable from the Optik box ont the TV does it say no input or no signal?
