Hello,
So I accidently placed an order for the new TELUS digital box, however, I do not want it. Now TELUS is shipping the new box, but I want to keep my TELUS Optik TV STB as is. Now in the email they say that my equipment will stop working on the 8th of October, however, I don't want to switch over to the new box. What should I do?
