Telus.net email accounts have 15GB of storage. There is no option to increase the size of the server side mailbox for telus.net accounts. If your telus.net email is full, I would recommend looking at https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/telus-email-storage for recommended next steps on freeing up space.

One older option that isn't found above is using POP3 for email, which downloads email to your PC. Most email programs default to IMAP these days (stores email on the server and not locally on your device). While there is a way to use POP3 and IMAP together, it is more complicated and has limitations.

If you need more than 15GB of storage, you'll likely be looking at a paid option through another email provider. If you prefer Gmail, iCloud, or Outlook.com email, they have paid additional storage available.

Do you have another way to get a hold of the recipient to let them know?
