I am stuck in a hellish loop. I need to reset my password to access My Telus. The current password I have stored does not work.
When I try to log in with the incorrect password, I have the option to have a log in link sent to my email. This works, but does not solve the problem of my incorrect password.
When I try to reset the password, I can not do so without first entering my current password (which is incorrect). I then try to get a reset password link sent to my email. The email never arrives (it is not in my spam folder).
When I try to phone to seek assistance, the AI voice doesn't offer the options I need. I need to speak to a human to find out how to reset a password when I do not know the current password and the email reset link will not send.
Any guidance is appreciated.
