I have a Telus business mobile account that was closed due to non-payment in 2022. It unfortunately still appears as active on my personal credit report. I would like to contact the credit collection agency responsible for handling the account to settle it, but after calls to both Telus and TransUnion I have not been able to find out which agency the debt was sold to. I am not receiving calls or texts from collection agencies either. How do I find out which credit collection agency the debt now belongs to?

Had the same issue! The closed account debt was holding and dragging my score down when it was closed with Telus.
