Hi, I moved to
I signed up for Telus internet under a promotional contract in partnership with Zenterra upon moving into my new residence.
I received an email with link to create my Telus account. However, the link only showed "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."
I still have no access to the account, and I am now disconnected from the service due to the late payment. Upon visiting and calling service centers, none of them were able to help me, and of course the service center never accepted the call.
I do not want any penalties (late payment fee & credit issue), and I need my account for the payment to be activated ASAP.

When you signed up there should have been a dedicated toll free number that you had to call to set things up. Have you tried calling that one?
