never moved to gmail, now gmail does not recognize my email.
what do i do?
want the telus emauil address without the telus bit i assume

Normally if you switch providers you would lose access to your @telus email address. I believe it's still possible to keep the email address. More here:

Again you would likely need to talk to Telus to sort this out.

Your mail would have been migrated to gmail. Not sure of it's status if it's not been used since the migration. You will need to work with support to sort this out.
Your email address would still be the same after the migration to gmail.

we only use telus for the phone.
if we switch providers to say rogers, will we still keep our email addresses as they say telus- but at gmail?

between the telus man in the philipines and my knowledge i can now sign in.
do the telus accounts at gmail get lots of spam?

BTW the call from the philipines did not have a coller ID, it just said private calller.
telus, is this the best you can do?
