What mail client are you using? Telus mail is hosted by Google and uses Gmail. Certain clients may need to be setup with an app password to function properly:

While you are trying to sort out the email client issue you can always check your email on a browser. It would be good to do that just to make sure there isn't a problem with your account.https://email.telus.net
